Studio BE. is an RIBA Chartered practice and takes an environmentally conscious approach to ‘whole’ building design with a focus on health and wellbeing. Our ‘fabric first’ approach seeks to maximise the performance of the building components from the inception of an idea through to the completion of low-energy, healthy buildings.

We offer a collaborative Passivhaus Design service for both new build projects and extensions. With existing buildings we take an AECB ‘carbon-lite’ retrofit approach and through careful observation establish specific project solutions.

Listening to the client and working collaboratively within a project team from an early stage is key to successful and ‘sustainable’ project delivery.

We provide services to suit all budgets for a wide range of projects and clients including;

·       New-build dwellings, retrofit and extensions for homeowners & SELF BUILDERS

·       Community led & socially inclusive projects FOR The wider community

·       Rural diversification projects to support sustainable growth

The RIBA Plan of work offers a guide to the various stages from conception through to post-completion for any building project. Throughout these recognised stages of works the architectural services provided by Studio BE. are project specific and will be tailored to meet the requirements of your brief.
